Full Job Description
Prime Time Global Logistics is a leading 3PL provider powered by Global Tran offering a full suite of multimodal logistics, supply chain and shipping solutions.
We are looking for A Business Operations Assistant who will provides administrative support to our business operations teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
1. Data Entry: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in various systems and databases.
2. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mailings.
3. Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
4. Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
5. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
6. Logistics: Assist with inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
7. Reporting: Generate reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
8. Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to business operations processes.
Requirements
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a business operations setting.
3. Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
