BPI is looking for a Senior Associate / Associate Director to join our Survey Operations team. The ideal candidate sweats the details of excellent surveys and qualitative projects – you’re excited to use data to find the best ways to run more representative research that best represents how people actually feel about key issues.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the execution of complex surveys and qualitative projects – from identifying the right methodology to reach our audience to monitoring data collection to making sure data gets weighted, processed, and analyzed correctly
  • Drive internal projects that improve our methodological approach smarter over time by improving representativeness and respondent attention
  • Improve team processes to improve efficiency and quality

What you bring

  • 4-8 years of experience in survey research, including some experience on market research / consulting projects
  • Demonstrated experience working with quantitative survey vendors to field complex projects, including multimodal projects
  • Knowledge of a variety of recruitment methods, including opt-in panels, probability-based panels, and listed samples
  • Experience working with survey platforms like Lucid / Cint, Alchemer, Crunch
  • Strong proficiency in R, with experience using R to process and analyze survey data
  • Outstanding collaboration skills, especially the ability to clearly communicate technical survey details to people with less experience in survey research
  • Impeccable attention to detail

BPI offers a comprehensive total compensation package including: $97,500- $115,000 base salary with an annual discretionary bonus + generous benefits. Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
