SureCo is on the lookout for an experienced Vice President of Operations to take our operational capabilities to the next level. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background in the health insurance sector, with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency. As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and optimization of all operational processes within the organization. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance service delivery, and ensure that our operations align with SureCo’s mission and values. You will work closely with other executives to establish performance metrics, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity and service quality.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive operational leadership experience within the health insurance or healthcare industry.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective operational strategies and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment governing health insurance operations.
