Vice President of Operation

As the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and optimization of all operational processes within the organization. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive operational leadership experience within the health insurance or healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective operational strategies and processes.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment governing health insurance operations.
