Azzur Group is looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be essential in driving the recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our organization’s staffing needs. You will be responsible for creating effective recruiting strategies and building lasting relationships with candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through networking, industry events, and social media.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for position fit, cultural alignment, and potential.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Promote Azzur Group's culture and values to potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Science.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner across various levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
