As a key member of our team, the Solution Engineer will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technology and business, working closely with Fortune 500 companies to drive solution adoption. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills to engage with senior technical leaders, challenge traditional approaches, and introduce new ways to achieve enterprise outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in high-stakes environments, can translate technical capabilities into real-world impact, and is adept at guiding experienced IT executives toward a more modern, autonomous approach to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to engage enterprise customers, guiding them through the technical evaluation and adoption process.
- Present and demonstrate how our platform redefines enterprise operations, helping organizations shift from legacy methods to autonomous outcomes.
- Develop tailored solutions that address enterprise challenges, educating customers on new, more effective ways to achieve their desired results.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback, shape product roadmaps, and ensure seamless integrations.
- Lead technical discussions and deep-dive sessions with customers to drive strategic alignment and solution adoption.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with executive stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term customer success.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting role.
- Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT systems, or automation platforms.
- Ability to navigate enterprise IT environments and engage with senior technical leaders.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT ecosystems, integrations, and data management.
- A consultative mindset with a passion for helping organizations rethink how they achieve operational outcomes.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in high-exposure engagements.
