Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Reproductive Endocrinologist in Los Angeles, CA.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Reproductive Endocrinologist Physician to join our team. The successful candidate will be board certified or board eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat reproductive disorders and infertility.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including fertility medications, assisted reproductive technologies (ART), and surgical interventions.
- Perform procedures such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and egg retrieval.
- Monitor patients throughout treatment cycles, adjusting plans as needed.
- Educate patients on reproductive health and fertility, including lifestyle modifications and fertility preservation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, embryologists, and genetic counselors.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients throughout their fertility journey.
- Participate in research and clinical trials related to reproductive medicine.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school. (MD or DO)
- Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
- Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility or OBGYN.
- Active medical license in the state of California or willingness to obtain a California license.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in reproductive medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
Leadership Opportunity:
