North County Caregiver - NOW HIRING/WEEKLY PAY

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Aides (HCA) to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care for those living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s or Hospice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide specialized care to individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s, focusing on safety and comfort.
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organization of living spaces.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and a sense of security to clients.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
• Monitor clients' well-being, observing any changes in their physical or emotional state, and report findings.
• Ensure medication is taken as prescribed and assist with any other personal care needs
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure the best possible care is provided.

Requirements

• Cell phone with internet access

• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion towards others
• Comfortable with pets and able to interact with a large, friendly dog.
• Ability to drive the client to appointments (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required).
• Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure? We can show you how!)
• Proof of Negative TB results
