We are onboarding licensed Mental Health Therapists in California for telehealth therapy roles as independent contractors.
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment strategies.
- Provide teletherapy sessions via secure video and phone platforms.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and treatment documentation.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and client rapport-building skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to clinical documentation.
