Position Overview
We are hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to join our expanding team on a full-time basis. If you are a licensed professional committed to making a difference in the mental health field, we want to hear from you. You will provide assessments, diagnoses, and therapy services for a variety of mental health conditions.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed assessments to understand client needs and create effective treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress with regular case management and update treatment strategies accordingly.
- Leverage evidence-based practices to guide therapy and intervention methods.
- Maintain thorough records while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Stay updated on mental health trends and enhance skills through professional development.
Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits
Requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
- Active license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) in your state.
- At least two years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency with EMR systems is advantageous but not required.
