Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed in California – Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform initial and ongoing client assessments.
- Utilize behavior management techniques effectively.
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions.
- Work as part of a team to ensure quality outcomes.
- Equip families with tools for developmental success.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation within required timelines.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- Active LCSW license in California.
- Minimum three years of experience in clinical settings.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and related software.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
