Full-Time Quality Assurance and Training Manager

The Manager of Quality Assurance and Training ensures the quality of services within the State of California mental health system and compliance with various legislative mandates and State laws, rules, and regulations. The Manager of Quality Assurance and Training oversees a full-service department which helps to not only maintain contract compliance, but also provides support to the staff and ensures quality of service delivery to our clients. The Manager of Quality Assurance and Training reports to the Director of Quality and Compliance.

Requirements

1. LCSW, MFT OR PhD in psychology preferred, active registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

2. Four years full-time clinical experience in comparable mental health setting and two years supervisory experience preferred.

3. Experience with DMH program services and documentation preferred.

4. Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record & proof of vehicle insurance.

Benefits

Competitive Salary: $105,000- $125,000 per year
