Business Development Representative (BDR)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

About the Role:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to create new business opportunities and ensure the sales pipeline stays full of high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and research potential customers within the target market.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to initiate conversations and generate interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all prospecting activity and progress.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the company’s product offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative or other relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
