We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager for our Palo Alto location, with the potential to grow into the Acting Store Manager role. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, directing, managing, and coordinating sales, service, food preparation, employee management, and operational functions in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Direct Supervisor and headquarters to ensure operational efficiency, cost management, and maximized profitability.
- Support the team in achieving optimum performance by fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Execute company standards to maintain quality, consistency, and excellent customer satisfaction.

- Restaurant Management: Proven ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, and customer-focused restaurant.
- Compliance & Safety: Knowledgeable in adhering to rules and maintaining food safety standards, including managing expiration dates, prep amounts, and reducing waste.
- Labor & Cost Control: Skilled in managing labor hours, minimizing costs, and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Administrative Competence: Proficient in completing essential administrative duties.
- Time Management: Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize job responsibilities effectively.
- Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day.
- Availability:
- Approximately 45 hours per week, with flexibility to work weekends and closing shifts as needed.
- Leadership & Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
