THIS POSITION QUALIFIES FOR $500 SING-ON BONUS FOR ALL NEW EMPLOYEES!

This position is for Monday - Friday 3:30 pm to Midnight.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Material Coordinator to join our team in Pine Bluff. In this role, you will be integral to the assembly and manufacturing process by managing the flow and organization of materials. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle materials and products safely and efficiently within the facility.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment with care.
• Ensure secure placement of items to prevent damage during transport.
• Oversee inventory control tasks like counting and organizing materials.
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols consistently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or materials handling.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Proficient in the operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and lift heavy items.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and processes.
• Forklift certification is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable using measuring tools like tape measures.
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• Work in a loud noise environment and potentially extreme temperatures.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed throughout shifts.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
