Job Title: Semi-Skilled Manufacturing Technician
Department: Manufacturing
Work Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Reports To: Production Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
At Central Moloney, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to our manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring that materials are properly handled, organized, and moved efficiently through production processes. Your commitment to maintaining high safety standards and your ability to work collaboratively with team members will contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality products to our customers.
This position qualified for a $500 sign-on bonus for new employees.
The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Safely handle and move materials using various equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory management and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
- Must have the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
