Requirements

  • Patient Examination and Doctor Support:
    • Take impressions, x-rays, and chart notes accurately during patient exams and treatments.
    • Anticipate the needs of the doctor, ensuring a seamless, prepared workflow.
    • Use creativity and empathy to ease anxious or timid patients, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Office and Patient Management:
    • Oversee daily schedules, ensuring a smooth patient flow and minimizing wait times.
    • Assist with front-office tasks, including gathering consent forms and understanding insurance eligibility.
    • Support sterilization and treatment room maintenance to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Patient Education and Aftercare:
    • Promote dental health education and provide aftercare instructions to patients, parents, and guardians.
    • Stay up-to-date with all compliance, safety, and licensure requirements to maintain a high standard of care.
  • What You’ll Bring:
    • X-Ray Certificate and at least one year of experience.
    • Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage your own emotions and understand those of others, fostering positive relationships, reducing team stress, and contributing to job satisfaction.
    • A genuine passion for serving patients and a commitment to showing up consistently for your team.
