Discovery Ranch, a leading residential treatment center for boys aged 13-18 in Utah, is seeking Youth Mentors to join our team. As a Youth Mentor, you will have the opportunity to work with our students, helping them to develop new skills and advance their personal growth. You will be part of a supportive team of experienced professionals who are committed to helping young boys heal mentally, physically, and emotionally. . FLEXIBLE WEEKEND SHIFTS** Friday 2:30pm to Sunday midnight. Any hour during this time is $16.50 to $18.00 (DOE).

Starting pay is $15.50 an hour for all mentors. Part-time availability including temporary summer positions.
