Transportation Yard Hand

The Preparation Technician role is about more than maintaining vehicles and equipment. It's about ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations. You will be responsible for organizing the yard, moving trucks and trailers on the yard and to nearby mechanics, as well as pulling trucks in and out of the shop. By supporting the fleet's readiness and reliability, you play a significant role in enhancing our operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and contributing to our transportation logistics' overall safety and effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transport trucks as needed on the yard and near the yard
• Back trailers and rearrange the yard
• Utilize a tablet for work assignments and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
