Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership and guidance to assigned business units within the G&A organization. Act as an employee champion and change agent to drive organizational effectiveness. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
• Handle routine employee relations issues including coaching managers on how to write reviews and provide constructive feedback, advisement of employee leaves and accommodations, and more nuanced issues with the guidance of HR leadership team member.
