The Tsui Group is seeking a candidate who is qualified and experienced in educational facility construction projects to serve as a Program Controls Manager for a large educational client within Los Angeles County with the below duties:

• With appropriate supervision, manages a staff of project controls professionals responsible for program scheduling, cost control, data management and/or reporting and the project control system.
• Identifies best practices and coordinates the development and implementation of project controls initiatives, tools and procedures to support these best practices
• Hands-on, detailed analysis and validation of program and project data to ensure accuracy and reasonableness
• Develops and trains staff on program controls procedures, methodologies, and best practices

The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our aviation team as a Project Controls Manager in Los Angeles County. In this role, you will supportoverall airport development or terminal development and improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

o Coordinate and manage any financial audits and provide documentation to auditor 

o Monitor project team compliance with all required Prolog processes and procedures and ensure Prolog records are up to date 

o Maintain all information required to provide internal, Steering Committee and periodic BOAC reports as required
