Patron Services Associate

Introduction  
The Patron Services Associate is a vital member of our team, responsible for assisting patrons with ticket purchases, exchanges, and providing outstanding service for all Jacksonville Symphony ticketed events. This role requires excellent judgment, composure in a fast-paced environment, a caring and helpful demeanor, and a deep appreciation for the arts. As a team player, the ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with colleagues and sharing a passion for symphonic music with the community.  Part-time and full-time availability.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure the highest level of customer service with all patron interactions at all times. 

• Assist patrons with subscription and single ticket purchases via mail, inbound phone calls, and in person at the ticket office.
