Outdoor Pool Manager

JCC Greater Boston is seeking an experienced and dedicated Outdoor Pool Manager to oversee the daily operation and management of our outdoor pool facilities. As the Outdoor Pool Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all pool patrons, supervising the pool staff, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained pool area. As the Outdoor Pool Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all pool patrons, supervising the pool staff, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained pool area. This position will pay $22 - $27 an hour as a starting salary. The salary offered will ultimately be determined by the hours the employee will work, the scope of the position, the candidate’s relevant experience, and internal equity.
