Manager, Fleet Operations

Principal Function: The Commercial Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating aspects of commercial fleet planning and scheduling, as well as maximizing revenue, driver productivity, fleet compliance, and other established company goals for retaining drivers and achieving an excellent safety record.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Vehicle Management:
• Monitoring vehicle condition through regular inspections and maintenance schedules 
• Overseeing vehicle repairs and coordinating with service providers 
• Managing vehicle acquisition and disposal processes 
• Implementing preventative maintenance programs 
• Driver Management:
• Hiring, training, and evaluating drivers based on safety and performance standards

Are you passionate about big trucks and tech?  Do you love tinkering with custom vehicles that turn heads?  We need a dynamic Fleet Manager to manage our existing fleet of custom vehicles as well as identify new vehicles for our portfolio.

Our fleet is made up of specialty vehicles and no two are alike!  Each vehicle has a unique set up and personality which allows us to bring brands’ ideas to life in exciting and interesting ways.  From airstreams to glass trucks, stage trailers and pickups (and yes, the occasional box truck and van) our fleet is based in the Philly suburbs but regularly travels across the country to the biggest events.
