Key responsibilities include monitoring lease commencements, preparing notice letters, overseeing tenant terminations and expirations, ensuring insurance compliance, and tracking rental adjustments. The Lease Administrator will also handle reporting, verify monthly billing variances, and assist with special projects as needed.
