The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, benefits, compliance, and HRIS management.
Key Contributions of the Role
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members within the department.
- Manage the daily workflow of the department.
- Partner with the VP of Human Resources to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall business strategy.
- Offer support and guidance to HR support staff and other personnel when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions or issues arise. This may include administering and executing routine tasks in delicate situations, such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of misconduct, and managing terminations.
