Head of Engineering - DeFi

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Head of Engineering - DeFi - candidates can be based anywhere, but they need to work on a 4-hour overlap with PST.

Our main product is a new class of asset called Liquid AVS Token (LAT), which enables users to restake directly into AVS and get back a liquid and composable LAT token which represents the staked position.

We’re seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead and drive our technical teams, focusing on infrastructure development in the blockchain space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of p2p networks, L1/L2 architectures, and be fluent in multiple programming languages. You will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, building scalable systems, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
