Coffee Shop Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to join our team in Irvine. Specialty coffee and or restaurant management experience is a requirement!

Coffee Dose Cafe is not your grandma's coffee shop. Though we offer the same quality of drinks as a third-wave cafe, we make it a fun and unforgettable experience. Coffee Dose is a safe place for the coffee connoisseur, the instagrammer, and the basic b*tch.

The Manager is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and support to the team, as well as making schedules, enforcing procedures, making sure the cafe is running efficiently, be the point of contact between staff & upper management, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
