Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer

The Vice President, Network Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer (CCPO) is the senior leader responsible for the oversight, design, administration, education, and continual improvement of University of Vermont Health Network Compliance and Privacy programs across all healthcare partners in Vermont and northern New York.

The CCPO has multiple reporting relationships as follows:

A. To safeguard the independence and integrity of the CCPO's functions, the CCPO shall report directly on the nature and status of material affecting the Network to: (i) the Network Board of Trustees Audit Committee at its regular meetings, (ii) Senior Management as needed, and (iii) the President/ CEO and/or the Chair of the Audit Committee, whenever deemed necessary and appropriate by the CCPO.
