Paragon Cyber Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development & Capture Manager to drive growth and secure new business opportunities. This hybrid role combines strategic business development with hands-on capture management to identify, pursue, and win contracts across federal, state, and commercial markets. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, developing winning proposals, and driving end-to-end capture strategies, while leveraging Paragon's 8(a) certification and expanding our footprint in Tampa and beyond.
