Analyst, Legal in New York

We are seeking an Analyst to join our in-house legal team, led by the firm’s General Counsel. Our in-house legal team works closely amongst internal departments, external vendors, investors and portfolio companies to support the firm’s business functions both in the U.S. and abroad. This role will provide support to the General Counsel’s office on various internal and external legal initiatives, offering invaluable hands-on experience and insight into how a private equity firm’s in-house legal team operates.
