The ideal candidate has a strong background in diesel engine repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. We are hiring Property Maintenance Technicians. We own and operate a portfolio of multifamily housing units in Kansas City Kansas/Missouri and are growing aggressively in the area. You will be fixing work orders, doing construction and make-ready's on newly available units, and doing general maintenance as needed as coordinated with your supervisor across our multiple properties in the area. 

This is a full time job! You are expected to be onsite, on-time, Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm with a paid 30 minute lunch. No exceptions to this time commitment.
