Assistant Superintendent in Maryland

The Assistant Superintendent provides support to the Superintendent in all aspects of the construction process such as coordinating site activities and directing subcontractors, field verifications and inspections, interacting with third party partners and owners, and the completion and acceptance of projects. The Field Engineer also participates in overseeing job site safety, quality control, project scheduling, etc. as determined by the Jobsite Superintendent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with maintaining the project schedule and controlling costs.

• Proactively identify and strategically solve problems with minimal oversight.

• Assist in managing the project team successfully and collaboratively.
