Corrective Wind Technician in Kansas

The Large Corrective Wind Technician role is responsible for performing maintenance and repair activities on wind turbines. They primarily focus on replacing major components of the wind turbines, including blades, gearboxes, generators, pitch bearings, and hubs, when necessary. In addition to component replacement, the technician is also responsible for assisting in the dismantling, erection, alignment, and adjustment of machinery and equipment in accordance with work instructions. This involves working with hand and power tools, measuring and testing equipment, and rigging equipment, among other tools.
