As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the complex. Your position will ensure our residents receive timely and high-quality maintenance repairs and customer service.

Requirements

• Communicates and follows up with the maintenance supervisor about maintenance concerns and the status of work orders
• Maintains the interior and exterior condition along with preservation of the property. This will include but is not limited to picking up trash, cleaning common areas, sweeping, or shoveling walkways, and salting icy areas
• Paints, cleans, and repairs all vacant units within a timely and impeccable manner
