Human Resources Coordinator in California

Job Summary:

As an HR Coordinator in our manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. In this role, you will help organize, coordinate and carry out human resource department projects and processes for the company. You will work directly with and help the human resources team to fulfill the necessary HR tasks to maintain a successful and organized HR department. You will also help support positive employee relations and work to ensure worker satisfaction through education of HR policies and by fostering a positive work environment. This is an ON-SITE position only.

Salary Range: $26- $30 per hour

Definition and Purpose

Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator II – Human Resources, the Assistant Coordinator – Human Resources (Training and Development) is responsible for developing and implementing training programs and standards for ASI. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to developing and maintaining safety training and certification tracking, job-specific training manuals, supervisor training programs, large-scale annual training events, and performance management systems.

Additionally, all ASI employees are responsible for upholding the core values of the organization including but not limited to exhibiting professional behavior, acting as a role model to others, displaying a positive and cooperative attitude, communicating effectively, developing expert knowledge in area of specialization, and working together as a team.
