POSITION PURPOSE:

The Human Resource Generalist is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, evaluation, and maintenance of employee activities including department onboarding of employees, temporary agency employees, and independent consultants. The Administrative Manager will have the responsibility to work across the ESS Business Unit to ensure the LLCs are aligned with policies, practices, and state/federal law. The Administrative Manager will be responsible to support managers in attracting, recruiting, and on boarding quality candidates needed within the ESS Business Unit.
